Every grooming session includes a warm bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, blow dry and brush out, ear cleaning, nail trimming and filing, sanitary trim, bandana or bow, and a post-groom report card. Full grooming packages also include a breed-appropriate haircut and styling.

Mobile grooming means we come to you! Our fully equipped grooming van arrives at your home with everything needed for a complete spa experience. Your dog is groomed one-on-one in a calm, cage-free environment right in your driveway. No stressful car rides, no waiting in cages, no exposure to other animals.

We recommend being home, but it's not strictly required. We just need access to your dog at the start of the appointment and someone available for pickup when we're finished. We'll text you when we arrive and when your pup is ready.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen — just reach out and we'll work with you.

Yes! We love puppies. We accept puppies 12 weeks and older who have had at least their first round of vaccinations. Puppy grooms are a great way to introduce your young dog to grooming in a gentle, stress-free environment.

Severely matted coats require extra time and care, and may incur an additional de-matting fee. In some cases, the most humane option is a close shave-down to remove the mats and start fresh. We'll always discuss options with you before proceeding. Regular grooming every 4-6 weeks helps prevent matting.

We're based in Lakeland, FL (33812) and serve the surrounding areas. Appointments within 10 miles are included at no extra charge. A small travel fee applies for locations beyond 10 miles. Check our Service Area page for full details and travel fee tiers.

We offer flexible scheduling Monday through Friday, with Saturday appointments available from 8 AM to 12 PM. We're closed on Sundays. Book online or call us at (706) 294-4352 to find a time that works for you.
